Refund Policy

1. Unused purchase: full refund

If you have not used any credit since a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of the payment date.

2. Credits already used

A credit used to generate a resume and a letter is not refundable, since the service was provided. Two exceptions:

• If the generation fails on our side, the credit is given back automatically, with nothing to do.
• If a document cannot be used because of a technical problem on our side, write to us: we will give the credit back.

3. How to ask for a refund

Write to ngonganggreg22@gmail.com with your account email address and the date of the purchase. We reply within 5 business days. The refund goes back to the original payment method, through Stripe; it usually shows on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.

4. Deleting your account

Deleting your account also deletes your remaining credits. If you want a refund, ask for it before deleting your account.

5. Your rights

This policy adds to the rights the law gives you, without limiting them.
