What is an ATS?
An ATS (applicant tracking system) is software employers use to sort resumes. It looks for the posting’s keywords and reads simple layouts best. A poorly matched resume can be screened out before a person ever reads it.
Will the artificial intelligence make up experience?
No. Your resume is rewritten only from what it contains: no experience, degree, number or skill is added. Items that need your review are flagged, and you can edit everything before downloading.
My resume is in French and the posting in English. Can I still use it?
Yes. The optimized resume and the letter are written in the language of the posting, English or French.
Which files can I upload?
A resume as PDF or Word (DOCX), up to 4 MB. A scanned image of a resume cannot be read: export it as a PDF from Word or Google Docs.
What happens to my data?
Your file is never kept. Your documents are deleted automatically after 30 days, or sooner if you decide, and they are not used to train any model.
